Part order process

2，input the model no，open exploded View and find the part No
3，try to find the part from Hitools Website，if it is quite normal，you can find it and order directly，or please fill in Part order form and fill in，our technician will contact you and send quotation to you in 12 hours. The part SKU will be uploaded to our website so you can purchase there.
4,Most of the parts need to be ordered, it may take 3-5working days and another 2 days to post to you. We will contact you see if you want to pick up, or if you have chosen post, we will post to you directly. Tracking No will sent to you once courier pick up the package.
5. All the parts is not returnable or refundable once you place order, except we cannot order from suppliers. 配件订购步骤

2，输入需要订配件的工具型号，找到爆炸图，找到您想要订的配件型号
3，到网站输入配件型号，如果有，直接订购；如果没有，请email到service@hitoolsltd或者发text给Technician，将需要订购的配件型号告知，我们将于24小时内报价并将配件上传到网站，您可以直接到网站购买。
4，大部分配件需要预定，一般需要3到5个工作日，配件满100元可以免费邮寄到奥克兰地区，其他区域需要加邮寄费（如果有邮寄费规则，请填写到这里，参考Trademe邮寄规则）
5，所有特殊预定的配件，不退不换
