Hitools Membership Card Anual (Valid every 01/04-31/03)

Welcome to join Hitools Power tools Membership, we sell this card to sole traders or DIY for their personal using.  this is anual card.  $99+GST Per year(every 1/04-31/03).  For company members please seach HTEM to purchase the proper membership card.

For new members if you perchase from Feb, Hitools will give free time from now on to 31/31, for old members we will provide 20% discount for renewal

Privilege for members:

– cost sale for Milwaukee tools, Makita Tools, Hikoki Tools and Dewalt Tools

-Special price or extra gift for purchasing festools

Obligation for Hitools Members

– Must pay for all the tools immidiately, cannot do montly payment

– No return or refund for purchasing special ordered tools(no stock tools)

– All the goods can be returned only in the good condition, but it is up to us to decide if we can accept return, no refund anyway.

– The card can only be used by the card holer. it is not allowed to have your friend to use the card. We welcome them to purchase the memebership by themselves and you and your friend get a free gift worthy of $10

The membership card will be expired every 31 march. The card will be automatically renewed.

– We welcome members go google and give us 5 star commence and take photo of what you purchased.

– Members cannot us membership price to go our competiters to do price match. or Hitools has right to terminate your members without return the charged fees.

会员义务：

成本价购买电动工具必须现付，不得佘账

特殊预定的电动工具(非Hitools长期存货的工具)不退不换

Hitools存货商品包装不得损坏，在此情况下可协商退换，Hitools有权拒绝退换

此卡仅限本人使用，不得转借

此卡有效期一年，到期后自动续费。如不同意续费需提前3个月告知HITOOLS

持卡者购买工具后，必须到GOOGLE给Hitools五星好评并上传工具照片，并给予评价有利于HITOOLS的市场销售和品牌形象。

持卡者不得拿Hitools成本价去其他retailer做price match，此举容易引起其他retailer投诉，厂商介入会禁止我们出示成本价，milwaukee就是一个先例。所以如果此举被发现，直接取消会员优惠，且不予退
