About Hitools

Tools, Fasteners & Trade Supply — Built for New Zealand

Founded in Auckland in 2017, Hitools is a New Zealand supplier of professional tools, fasteners, hardware and building products, serving tradies, builders, contractors, businesses and DIY customers nationwide.

Our goal is simple: genuine, quality products at competitive prices, backed by reliable local service, warranty support and fast delivery.

Genuine Tools. Quality Fasteners. Competitive Prices.

We supply 100% genuine tools from trusted brands, alongside quality fasteners and hardware suited to New Zealand trade and building applications. Customers should buy with confidence, so we back every sale with warranty support, servicing and practical product advice.

Built Around Trade Customers

For tradies and contractors, time is money. We keep trade purchasing simple: sharp pricing, expert advice, convenient pickup, fast delivery and after-sales support. Qualifying orders of $1,000 or more get free on-site delivery to your workplace or job site.

Company-Owned in Auckland. Partner-Operated Across New Zealand.

Hitools operates through two connected models.

Auckland — our company-owned home base. Our East, West and Central Auckland stores are owned and run directly by Hitools. They are where we set our standards for range, pricing, service and warranty support, and where we develop and test the systems our whole network relies on.

Beyond Auckland — local partners, Hitools strength. Outside Auckland, Hitools grows through franchise partners who know their local trade communities. Our Christchurch store brings the Hitools range and service to the South Island, and we are actively welcoming partners in other cities.

Every store, owned or partnered, offers the same genuine products, competitive pricing and warranty support, so customers get a consistent Hitools experience wherever they shop.
