Hitools maintains a fully equipped workshop to provide our customers with the highest quality service and repairs.

Being an Authorised Service Centre for many top brands (including Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt, Stanley, AEG, Ryobi, Hikoki, Festool, etc) means you can be assured that we use genuine parts and follow the right procedures to maintain a high quality of service. Hitools Strictly follow the warranty repair polity of suppliers, please check the policy from their website.

Warranty Repairs

Please provide us with the invoice and we will take care of the rest for you.  We liaise directly with the manufacturer to sort out the paperwork, order parts, and try our best to reduce the turnaround time.

6. We suggest you send the Milwaukee framing gun, finishing gun or laser to the Milwaukee service centre directly,  since Hitools cannot repair the mentioned tools.

 

General Repair

We also do a lot of general repairs so we can help with many other types and brands of equipment.  We can help with tool parts and accessories too, just talk to us and we are always happy to help but please be aware:

Labour Fee $90+G per Hr

Paslode Full Service $99+G

Hitools will charge a minimum repair diagnosis fee to cover the labour fee.

2. If the quotation is not accepted, or if we cannot acquire the parts needed for the service, you will be notified to reclaim your tool from us without any repairs. In this situation, the diagnose fee will be charged.3. If we are not contacted within 3 months after you are notified, we possess all rights to discard your tool without further notice. We will also not be liable for any compensation that may be requested after the 3 months period.

Effective Communication

We keep our customers informed.  If an item can be repaired straight away for up to $100, we normally go ahead and complete the repair.  If not, we will contact you so you can decide whether to proceed or not.

Free Cleaning

Once your Power Tools are repaired, we will also clean them up for you free of charge, making your repaired tools look brand new!
