Shipping Policy
- If your Order requires delivery of the Goods, you agree to pay the cost of delivery which will be specified prior to payment and incorporated into the Price payable for the Goods.
- We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address you provide at the time of making your Order.
- We will only deliver Goods within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand.
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
- Delivery will be by courier or by any delivery service as chosen by us.
- Where your Order comprises multiple Goods, we may deliver all Goods together or separately. Where we choose to deliver Goods in separate deliveries, you will not incur any additional delivery costs.
- Where we give any time or date for delivery, this is an estimate only. Other than any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods to you.
- Delivery for Restricted Goods [may incur an additional delivery fee / is not available.]
- Where your Order comprises oversize Goods or large quantities, we may impose special delivery conditions such as delivery to a commercial property, the receiver having a forklift to unload the shipment at the receiving end, and/or tail-gate truck delivery if the receiver does not have a forklift. In these circumstances, additional delivery costs will be payable. Please check the description of the Goods and ask us for more details if delivery costs are not clearly specified on the product.
