Pro Shot AS2 Single Grade Laser

The Pro Shot AS2 is an extremely popular fully automatic, dial-in self leveling single grade laser, made in the USA.

Simple to operate, the AS2 grade laser is a rugged level designed for civil construction, drainage, earthmoving contractors, sloping concrete pads, farm sheds, machine control applications etc.

Beware: Many types of lasers are referred to as “grade lasers”. These include automatic builder’s lasers with a manual override or slope matching lasers using the up/down arrows for grade and or dial in grade entry. Most of these lasers DO NOT feature self-leveling in grade mode. If it does not feature self-leveling in grade, the laser does not maintain it’s accuracy during extended periods of operation.

The AS2 is a true automatic dial-in grade laser with self-leveling in grade mode.
When dialling a single grade into the AS2 e.g. 12.87%, it will self-level at that slope whilst keeping the cross axis automatically level at the same time. With a single grade operating range of up to 25% (1 in 4), and 0.01% grade increments, the AS2 provides precise fast on grade leveling.
The Pro Shot AS2 series laser levels are used by many of New Zealand’s construction and contracting firms, and they have one of the best standard warranties available in the business, period.

The standard package includes the durable and simple to use R9 laser receiver.
If you are searching for a digital receiver, choose the package with HL450 ‘mm’ laser receiver, with digitally displays the height elevation on the LCD. The operator can see exactly how many millimeters they are above or below grade.

The package that includes the HL700 features a wider deadband of 127mm, with anti strobe mode, more accuracy settings and longer detection range.

The 3 Year Manufacturer’s warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship whilst in addition the AS2 also comes standard with a 3 Year Knockdown warranty which covers the internal leveling mechanism and internal optics against damage from any cause.
