Business Membership : Besides the previledge for personal members, you can act as Hitools Sales and get commission, you can also sell with the price that you think reasonable and competible.

会员义务：

成本价购买电动工具必须现付，不得佘账

特殊预定的电动工具(非Hitools长期存货的工具)不退不换

Hitools存货商品包装不得损坏，在此情况下可协商退换，Hitools有权拒绝退换

此卡仅限本人使用，不得转借

此卡有效期一年，到期后自动续费。如不同意续费需提前3个月告知HITOOLS

持卡者购买工具后，必须到GOOGLE给Hitools五星好评并上传工具照片，并给予评价有利于HITOOLS的市场销售和品牌形象。

持卡者不得拿Hitools成本价去其他retailer做price match，此举容易引起其他retailer投诉，厂商介入会禁止我们出示成本价，milwaukee就是一个先例。所以如果此举被发现，直接取消会员优惠，且不予退款。
