S005 Hitools Technician diagnose fee
All the tools can be repaired as long as the parts can be ordered, however, sometimes the spare part cost might be too high, or there is nowhere to order parts(ever the suppliers do not keep them if out of stcok), in this case , when we send quotation and the quote is declined for some reason, HItools will charge the diagnose fee to cover our minimum labor fee of our technicians
The fee is declaired when you fill in the repair application form in Hitools.
