Membership Obligations
1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at purchase; monthly payment plans are unavailable.
2. Non-Refundable Orders:
– Special-order tools (non-stock items) cannot be returned or refunded.
– Returns are accepted and store credit will be issued only for items in original condition, subject to Hitools’ approval. No refunds will be issued.
3. Membership Card Usage:
– Cards are non-transferable (only the cardholder may use them).
– Encourage friends to purchase their own membership.

– Membership expires annually on 31st March, please renew before the expiring date for members to get 20% discount.
